1. Coworking Membership
1.1 General booking procedure
Confirmation Process:
All coworking monthly membership requests will be acknowledged via email by CONNECTICLUB under a booking confirmation, accompanied by a unique ID number for reference.
Lease Agreement:
Following the confirmation, CONNECTICLUB will dispatch a lease agreement to the client via email along with a responsibility agreement which has to be signed by the client and returned either electronically or in person at the reception.
If the client begins utilizing the service without formally signing and returning the lease agreement, the act of usage will be construed as automatic acceptance and agreement to the terms outlined in the lease agreement.
Safety Deposit:
To secure the coworking monthly membership, a safety deposit is mandatory and required within the starting date of the service, in order to cover potential damages, losses and overdue or unpaid invoices.
This deposit will be refunded in adherence to the terms outlined in the lease agreement.
Identification Requirement:
In compliance with our privacy policy, all coworking monthly members must submit a valid identification document during the registration process. CONNECTICLUB ensures the confidentiality and secure handling of all personal information.
1.2 Pricing structure
- The prices of CONNECTICLUB coworking memberships displayed on the official website and our physical spaces, are to be considered as the updated and valid ones.
- CONNECTICLUB has the right to revise prices and promotions at all times. The prices in any existing agreement shall not be affected.
- CONNECTICLUB has the right to offer special terms to a client on a case-by-case basis.
1.3 Bonuses and discounts
- 3-month contract: 5% voucher credit
- 6-months contract: 10% voucher credit
- 12-months contract: 15% voucher credit
- An additional extra 5% discount will be applied, if the client opts for a full advance payment.
1.4 Payment
- The Client is offered two payment formulas
A) month-by-month settlement, within first working day of each starting period
B) full advance settlement, covering the whole amount of the contract upfront
- All coworking bookings shall require a payment as per terms specified in the agreement or booking confirmation. The default payment term is set as 7 days from confirmation.
- CONNECTICLUB has the right to cancel a booking and notify the Client, if payment has not been received in due time.
- All coworking membership will require the payment of a safety deposit within the starting date of the service, in order to cover potential damages, losses and overdue or unpaid invoices.
- Members choosing the full advance payment option for 3, 6, or 12 months contracts must acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for the full amount paid in the event of an early termination
1.5 Renewal
- Members who opt for 3, 6, or 12 months contracts must acknowledge that their contract will be automatically renewed for the same period chosen initially.
- To terminate their contract, members must give a 30-day notice by submitting a written cancellation request to office@connecticlub.com. Provided a proper notice is given, and dues are settled, the full safety deposit will be released.
- Failure to give the required notice results in the full safety deposit being charged as a penalty. Special circumstances may be considered.
1.6 Cancellation
In the event that a client wishes to cancel a membership reservation after the upfront payment has been paid, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation Request:
The client must submit a written cancellation request to office@connecticlub.com.
This request must be received within 30 days from the starting date of the reservation.
Refund Policy:
If the cancellation request meets the specified conditions, the client will be entitled to a 50% refund of first month upfront payment. If the notice period is no respected, the total upfront payment will be charged as penalty
Less Than 30 Days Before Starting Date:
If the time between the reservation date and the starting date is less than 30 days, the total upfront payment will be charged in the case the client wants to cancel the reservation.
1.7 Contract early Termination and penalties
If a client decides to terminate an ongoing membership with ConnectiClub, the following terms and conditions apply:
Written Notice Period:
A client must provide a written notice of termination to ConnectiClub.
The notice period is mandatory and should be at least 30 days prior the intended termination date.
Refund of Deposit:
Upon cancellation with the mandatory 30-day notice period, the safety deposit will be refunded to the client. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the non-refundability of the safety deposit.
Contract Plan (3-6-12 months):
– Members opting for the monthly payment plan with durations of 3, 6, or 12 months are required to provide a 30-day notice period for cancellation.
Upon fulfilling the notice period, the safety deposit will be refunded to the client.
– Members choosing the full advance payment option for 3, 6, or 12 months acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for the full amount paid.
The safety deposit, however, will be refunded only if the client communicates a 30-day notice period for cancellation.
Penalty for Non-Compliance:
If the client fails to provide the required 30-day notice period, the full safety deposit amount will be charged as a penalty. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the client will be responsible for the entire deposit amount.
1.8 Internet Usage:
We request all members and guests accessing the internet through our network to refrain from reaching, reviewing, and/or uploading any electronic sites, data, files, or materials whose content is illegal, immoral, or in violation of the law or third parties’ rights, including intellectual property rights.
Specifically, members and guests should abstain from:
– Visiting websites containing illegal, hateful, or improper content.
– Engaging in any form of fraud, software, film, music, or piracy.
– Downloading software or copyrighted material belonging to third parties without proper authorization.
– Hacking into unauthorized areas.
– Introducing any form of malicious software into the Connecticlub’s network.
Connecticlub Ltd reserves the right to monitor internet traffic and visited sites, imposing restrictions or other technical means to prevent illegal actions. However, liability and sanctions for violations rest with the offending party, who must compensate Connecticlub Ltd for any resulting damages or sanctions.
1.9 Community Conduct:
Members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities within the Connecticlub space:
– Pyramid schemes, chain letters, and similar activities targeting or overburdening community members.
– Harassment, violation of legal rights, or actions resulting in personal injury or loss of privacy.
– Posting inappropriate, unlawful, or indecent material on or through space servers, including spamming and junk emails.
– Violation of intellectual property laws and trade secrets, including copyright or trademark infringement.
– Use, creation, or distribution of malware such as Trojans, ransomware, spyware, or similar software with malicious intent.
– Restricting other members from using services, causing business interruptions, or preventing their enjoyment of any services.
– Unauthorized access to computer systems and gathering of member data or confidential information.
– Violation of any applicable laws and regulations.
– Lack of reasonable care towards the operator’s own equipment.
– Making defamatory remarks or using language towards the operator or any community member with the purpose of causing harm, including loss of profits.
1.10 Substance Use:
The use of drugs, illegal substances, alcoholic beverages, or bringing in hazardous materials is strictly forbidden in the coworking space.
2. Activity Rooms

If the client begins utilizing the service without formally signing and returning the lease agreement, the act of usage will be construed as automatic acceptance and agreement to the terms outlined in the lease agreement.
2.2 Pricing structure
- The prices of CONNECTICLUB activity rooms are displayed on the official website and our physical spaces, are to be considered as the updated and valid ones.
- CONNECTICLUB has the right to revise prices and promotions at all times. The price of existing agreements shall not be affected.
- CONNECTICLUB has the right to offer special terms to a client on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Payment
- All bookings shall require a payment as per terms specified in the agreement or booking confirmation. The default payment term is set as 7 days from confirmation.
- Clients are required to make a 50% deposit payment for the reservation within 7 days from the booking date and the remaining 50% to be processed before the start of the event.
If the time of the booking is shorter than 7 days then the full payment should be processed within 24 hours of the booking confirmation. - CONNECTICLUB has the right to cancel a booking and notify the Client, if payment has not been received in due time.
- All activity room bookings require the payment of a safety deposit prior to the starting date of the service, in order to cover potential damages, losses and overdue or unpaid invoices, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
2.4 Cancellation
If a client intends to cancel a reservation after the deposit has been paid, they must submit a written request to office@connecticlub.com at least 30 days from the reservation’s starting date. If these conditions are met, the client will be entitled to a 50% refund of the upfront payment amount.
If the the time between reservation date and starting date is less than 30 days then the upfront payment (half of the full amount) would be charged as penalty.
2.5 Internet Usage:
We request all members and guests accessing the internet through our network to refrain from reaching, reviewing, and/or uploading any electronic sites, data, files, or materials whose content is illegal, immoral, or in violation of the law or third parties’ rights, including intellectual property rights.

3.3 Payment
