It’s also suitable for those without prior startup acceleration program experience and tech enthusiasts looking to grasp the business aspects of startups.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Participants will engage in hands-on exercises and interactive sessions to learn how validating their business idea mitigates startup risks. They’ll discover basic validation tools, test assumptions, and understand how validation results inform their business plan.

Collaborate in teams to draft and present these personas.

SESSION 5 – How Big is your Market? (interactive)

Understand why market size and research matter, use a simple tool for sizing and practice with your team.

SESSION 6 – Hypothesis Generation and Testing (interactive)

Learn how to design a product or service with just enough features to attract early adopter customers (Minimum Viable Product),

SESSION 7 – Making your Business Plan clear with The Business Model Canvas (interactive)

Discover how to use concise visual tools for mapping out key aspects of your business, aiding in strategy development and decision-making

SESSION 8 – How do you Build an Evidence-based Business Plan?

Learn how to put everything together and tell a story that investors will like.
