Despite renting shared office spaces, we do not provide nor bill any corporate services. All services requiring a license are offered by our partners, who are licensed Corporate Service Providers.
**Shared Occupancy Membership:
This unique membership option allows multiple individuals to share access to our facilities or services, even though each person can only use them individually, one at a time.
Please note that the day passes available for purchase might be limited to ensure fair usage of our facilities by all our members.
Part-time pass
Top up from €150 + VAT and use your credits for day passes, meeting rooms and activity rooms whenever you need them.
Bonus credits: Members +20% · Standard +10%
Credits never expire. €1 = 1 credit, with credits deducted at the service price excluding VAT.
Offers and discounts
- For periods of 6 or 12 months, an additional 10% discount on the total contract price applies if payment is made in advance for the full contract duration.
- For clients with a monthly membership, the maximum cumulative discount applicable to rentals across all three activity rooms is limited to €150 per month. Discounts apply only to bookings made during the months when the membership is active.
